After having two different agencies and agents try their best to sell our unique properties for a year each we decided to try giving Cheryl a go at it. In two years the properties had supposedly sold 5 times but fell through each time at the last minute. This would be Cheryl's first sale and we were as excited about it as she was. She was very professional from the beginning and kept us informed on what she was doing and who was inquiring . In two months she managed to take it over the finish line making our dealings with her over in three short months. Even though she is finished with us she continues to offer her help in any way she can with relocating to a new home. Cheryl was very easy to deal with via telephone and text she responded quickly. Always kept me informed when there would be visits to the property. She was always on time for appointments and kept me well informed. Of course I would have liked to get closer to my asking price but that is on me, no patience. I would definitely recommend Cheryl to others.

                Working with Cheryl was a pleasure. We were able to find our home by both us and her pushing it to the limit to get a final walkthrough even with 2 offers on it. Turned out it was foreclosure but she helped us out afterwards. Highly reccomend her.
